the smell and kneading the dough reminds me of a time....
Recipe: 2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour, 1/2 of it is bread flour.
2 14 teaspoons of yeast
2 tablespoons of canola oil
1 cup of temp water. (read yeast directions)
Cinnamon, sugar, and nutmeg with chopped apple and pecans for the spread. Roll up and bake! Voila!
Before raised, and after, and after baked @ 360 for 25 minutes.
