Friday nite Fish n Chips

2 items that makes a great batter mixing, no 3 items.

   1. Cod fish
   2. Egg wash
   3. Potato flakes

1-2 pieces of cod fish
1-2 C all purpose flour
1 Egg with 1/4 C water or your favorite beer
I dredged my fish from egg wash to flour mixture but you could mix it all together.
1/2 tsp. Baking powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 C brewers yeast
1/4 C potato flakes
1/4 C bread crumbs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Clear vegetable oil

TarTar Sauce
Fresh dillweed is best, 1-2 tbsp.
1 C mayonnaise
1 dill pickle chopped
2-3 cloves of  minced garlic
1 tsp. pickle juice
1 lemon sliced wedges
