Home-made Lemon Curd and Crepes


The crepes were fun to flip, the curd was easier than I thought it would be to make.
Like making eggnog, sort of lumpy.  Instead you cream the butter, eggs and sugar together then heat it to slow simmer.
I sued Tillamook lemon yogurt too.
Wanna' know why?
