2 C all-purpose flour
1 Tbl sp baking powder
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp sugar
1/4 pound or 1 stick of butter, diced
3/4 C half and half
1/2 C chopped fresh chives or fresh parsley leaves
1 egg mixed with 1 Tbl sp water, for egg wash
