Here is the recipe I used, and also the one I suggest to use.
First one:
1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) unsalted butter at room temperature
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 large eggs, at room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 cups all-purpose flour
Second Spritz cookie recipe:
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp clear vanilla extract
1/2 tsp no-color Almond extract
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt.
